Relanto transformed the client's BI operations by deploying a comprehensive cloud-based data pipeline and advanced BI tools to address their challenges. We implemented a robust cloud infrastructure using AWS S3, Data Glue, Data Brew, and Redshift to streamline data management and improve reporting efficiency. This setup enabled real-time reporting of business KPIs and enhanced self-service BI capabilities through Tableau.

Our approach included improving data quality with AWS Data Glue and Data Brew, ensuring accurate and reliable data for reporting. We established a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) in Redshift by integrating various data sources, which significantly increased trust in the data. To further empower business users, we leveraged Tableau's advanced features, including Natural Language Query (NLQ), allowing them to generate reports independently without relying on IT. We also implemented a data catalog to track data lineage and ensure traceability. Additionally, we streamlined data governance, providing a comprehensive view of data assets and their lineage. Our implementation of an Agile BI methodology facilitated faster and more efficient solution delivery, aligning with the client's needs and enhancing overall BI effectiveness.
